How to use SELPIC

No. Just scan the QR code on the kiosk with your smartphone camera and a web page opens right away, where you can select your photos and pay on the spot. No app install or sign-up required — it's completely install-free.
All models support 4×6, 6×8, 8×10, ID photos, and collages (four-cut), plus A4 document and card printing. The SM09 Big Print model handles big sizes like 8×10, 8×8, 8×6, and 8×5, while the SM08 Premium is optimized for A4 documents and card printing.
From scanning the QR code to selecting photos, paying, and printing, the whole process usually finishes in about 20 seconds. Because it uses dye-sublimation, prints are ready to hold the moment they come out — no drying time needed.
Yes. You can pick and apply a collage (four-cut) layout and a variety of frames right on the screen. Simple edits like brightness and cropping can also be adjusted on the spot before payment.

Prices depend on photo size, starting from 1,000 KRW for 4×6, with separate pricing for big sizes like 8×10. Prices may vary by location, so you can check the exact amount on the kiosk screen.
We support credit and debit cards as well as easy-pay options (KakaoPay, Naver Pay, and more). Since you pay right from your smartphone on the web page opened via QR, there's no need to pull out your wallet or prepare cash.
Because prints are produced the moment you order, refunds are difficult once printing is complete. However, if a print doesn't come out properly due to a printer error or paper issue, we'll take care of it promptly via KakaoTalk chat or our contact form.
Overseas locations operate according to the local payment environment. Our locations in Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia support local currencies and payment methods, and the experience is the same — scan the QR code and go.

Postpartum care centers and OB-GYN clinics get free installation with no additional cost. Cafés, photo studios, and retail can choose to purchase or rent, and through an adoption consultation we'll recommend the right model for your store environment.
We install kiosks free of charge at postpartum care centers and OB-GYN clinics. You can adopt with no upfront hardware cost, and use it as a value-added service where guests instantly print baby photos. We'll walk you through the details in an adoption consultation.
With the SELPIC Desk solution, you can turn an existing printer into an unattended printing system. With no additional hardware purchase — just a software install — you can automate QR ordering, payment, and printing.
Yes. We offer short-term rentals for pop-up stores, brand events, weddings, first-birthday parties, and more. We can also handle on-site venues that need high-volume printing, and we'll recommend a setup that fits your schedule and scale in a partnership consultation.

Every model in our lineup uses the same dye-sublimation printers found in professional photo studios. We run proven printers by model — Kodak 305/8810, HiTi P525, DNP DS620/RX1 and more — delivering prints that resist water and fingerprints and won't fade even after long-term storage.
Photos uploaded for printing are automatically deleted after the print is processed, and they are never separately stored or provided to third parties. Your personal information and photos are handled securely — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. You can select and print multiple photos in a single order. For events, stores, and other settings that need high-volume printing, we can reliably handle it through SELPIC Desk-based operation or a rental setup — reach out for a consultation and we'll guide you.
